At Midnight Society, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
